Philly's Scratch Kitchen strives to be known for revolutionizing the way people eat and enjoy food. We take pride in our ability to discover the most unique flavors from around the world and share them with the Ada area. Chef Philly was born and raised in Ada, Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma earning degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. After 12 combined years of serving in the U.S. Armed Forces and working in law enforcement, she decided to follow her true passion of becoming a chef and returning home to her roots.
